Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings assigned to them below unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

Eligibility

Access to and use of the haka55 platform is strictly limited to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times during their membership:

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. haka55 enforces a strict 21+ age policy in accordance with responsible gaming standards applicable to the Indonesian market. Creating an account while underage is a serious violation of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances.
• Residency: You must be a resident of Indonesia and accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online betting is not expressly prohibited under applicable laws governing your personal conduct.
• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. Individuals who are subject to legal guardianship, declared legally incompetent, or otherwise lacking contractual capacity may not register or maintain a haka55 account.
• Single Account: Each individual may hold only one registered Account on haka55. Maintaining multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — is strictly prohibited and will result in all associated accounts being permanently closed.
• Self-Exclusion: You must not be subject to any active self-exclusion agreement, voluntary exclusion period, or cooling-off period on haka55 or any affiliated platform at the time of registration or login.
• Politically Exposed Persons: Individuals classified as Politically Exposed Persons (PEPs) under applicable anti-money laundering frameworks must disclose their status to haka55 prior to depositing. haka55 reserves the right to apply enhanced due diligence or restrict Services to PEPs at its sole discretion.

Account Registration

To access the Services, you must complete the haka55 registration process truthfully and in full. By submitting your registration, you represent and warrant that all information provided is accurate, current, and complete.

• Registration Information: You are required to provide a valid email address, Indonesian mobile number, full legal name, date of birth, and preferred local bank or e-wallet details. All information must match the identity documents you will be required to provide during KYC verification.
• Account Credentials: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. haka55 will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other channel. Do not share your login credentials with any third party.
• Account Security: You are strongly encouraged to enable two-factor authentication (2FA) on your Account. haka55 provides OTP-based verification via SMS to your registered Indonesian mobile number. Any activity that occurs under your credentials while 2FA is not enabled is your sole responsibility.
• Account Ownership: haka55 Accounts are strictly personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or permit any other person to use your Account. Each Account is linked to one individual and one verified Indonesian bank account or e-wallet.
• KYC Verification: haka55 reserves the right to request KYC documents — including a government-issued photo ID (KTP or passport) and proof of bank account ownership — before processing any withdrawal request or at any time during your membership. KYC is conducted to prevent fraud, underage gambling, and money laundering.
• Account Suspension: haka55 may suspend, restrict, or permanently close an Account at any time if we have reasonable grounds to believe that the Member has breached these Terms, provided false registration information, or engaged in activity that poses a risk to the platform or other members.

Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on haka55 are conducted exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). haka55 supports twelve local payment channels with no currency conversion at any stage of the process.

Supported Deposit & Withdrawal Channels: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja.

• Minimum Deposit: Rp 25.000 per transaction. There is no maximum deposit limit for standard members; enhanced due diligence may apply for deposits above certain thresholds as part of haka55's AML procedures.
• Deposit Processing: Deposits made via local bank transfer are typically credited to your Balance within two to five minutes of the transfer being confirmed by your bank. E-wallet deposits via OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja are credited instantly in most cases.
• Minimum Withdrawal: Rp 50.000 per request. Withdrawals below this threshold will not be processed.
• Withdrawal Processing Time: Verified accounts can expect withdrawal requests to be processed within an average of five minutes during standard operating hours. During peak traffic periods — including BRI Liga 1 matchdays and Champions League knockout fixtures — processing times may extend to up to 30 minutes.
• Transaction Fees: haka55 charges zero platform fees on all deposits and withdrawals. Any fees levied by your bank or e-wallet provider are outside haka55's control and are not reimbursed.
• Withdrawal to Matched Payment Method: Withdrawals must be directed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, unless you have submitted a formal payment method change request that has been verified by the haka55 compliance team.
• Bonus Withdrawal Restrictions: Funds derived from Bonus credits may not be withdrawn until all applicable Wagering Requirements have been met in full. Attempting to withdraw before meeting these requirements will result in the forfeiture of all Bonus Funds and associated winnings.

Bonuses & Promotions

haka55 offers a range of promotional bonuses to eligible members, including welcome deposit bonuses, weekly reload offers, cashback on net losses, and seasonal campaigns tied to cultural events such as Idul Fitri, Ramadhan, and Indonesian Independence Day. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms in addition to any promotion-specific conditions:

• Eligibility: Each bonus is available only to members who meet the specific eligibility criteria published alongside that promotion. Welcome bonuses are available to new members on their first qualifying deposit only.
• Wagering Requirements: All Bonus Funds are subject to a Wagering Requirement, the details of which will be clearly stated in the promotion terms. Wagering Requirements must be met within the validity period specified. Bonus Funds that expire before requirements are met will be removed from the Account without compensation.
• Game Contribution: Different game categories contribute at different rates toward Wagering Requirements. As a general rule, sports bets and live casino games contribute 100%, slots contribute 100%, and togel bets contribute at a rate specified in the relevant promotion terms. haka55 publishes full contribution tables in each promotion's terms and conditions.
• Bonus Abuse: haka55 actively monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: placing opposite bets on the same market across multiple accounts, systematic low-risk wagering designed solely to meet Wagering Requirements, or coordinating with other members to exploit promotional structures. Where bonus abuse is identified, haka55 reserves the right to void all Bonus Funds, forfeit associated winnings, and permanently close the Account.
• Maximum Withdrawal from Bonus: Unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion, the maximum amount that may be withdrawn as a result of a bonus win is capped at five times (5x) the original bonus amount.
• Promotion Modification: haka55 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. Any modification will not affect Bonus Funds already credited to a Member's Account prior to the modification date.

Betting & Game Rules

All betting and gaming activity on haka55 is governed by the specific rules applicable to each product category. Members are responsible for familiarising themselves with the relevant rules before placing any bet or wager.

• Sportsbook: All sports bets — including BRI Liga 1, EPL, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, Champions League, Piala AFF, MotoGP Mandalika, and esports markets — are settled in accordance with the official result declared by the relevant governing body. Mix parlay (accumulator) bets require all selections to win for the bet to pay out; a single void selection reduces the accumulator leg count according to standard rules. Voor bola (Asian handicap) markets are settled according to the handicap line active at the time the bet was accepted.
• Live Casino: Live dealer games from Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play Live, and partner studios are governed by the rules displayed within each game interface. In the event of a disconnection during a live table session, bets already placed and accepted prior to disconnection stand and will be settled based on the actual game outcome.
• Slots & Crash Games: All slot titles and crash games (including Aviator by Spribe) operate using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages are available in each game's information panel. haka55 does not manipulate or adjust RNG outcomes under any circumstances.
• Togel Draws: Togel results are drawn independently by the relevant pool operators (Singapore, Sydney, Hong Kong, and Indonesian pools). haka55 publishes results directly from official pool sources. In the event of a discrepancy between a displayed result and the official pool result, the official pool result prevails.
• Void Bets: haka55 reserves the right to void any bet placed as a result of a manifest pricing error, system malfunction, or circumstances that made the outcome of a market known prior to the bet being placed. Voided bets are refunded at the original stake amount.
• Minimum and Maximum Stakes: Minimum and maximum stake amounts apply to all markets and are displayed at the point of bet placement. haka55 reserves the right to adjust stake limits for individual Members at any time based on risk management considerations.

Responsible Gaming

haka55 is committed to promoting responsible gambling across all of its Services. We provide a range of tools to help members stay in control of their betting activity. These tools are accessible at any time through your Account settings or by contacting our support team.

• Deposit Limits: Members may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits. Once a limit is set, it takes effect immediately. Requests to increase a deposit limit are subject to a 72-hour cooling-off period before the increase is applied.
• Session Time Limits: Members may configure session duration reminders to alert them when a specified amount of time has been spent on the platform during any single session.
• Self-Exclusion: Members who believe that gambling is negatively affecting their lives may request a temporary or permanent self-exclusion. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours. During a self-exclusion period, the Account is locked and no deposits, bets, or logins are permitted.
• Reality Checks: haka55 provides periodic on-screen notifications displaying the amount of time spent and net profit/loss during the current session, enabling Members to make informed decisions about continuing or pausing their activity.
• Age Verification: haka55 strictly enforces the 21+ age restriction at account registration and may conduct additional checks at any point during membership. Any account found to have been created by or used by a person under 21 will be immediately closed.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the haka55 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balance, and referral to relevant authorities where required by law:

• Registering more than one Account or registering on behalf of another person.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading registration or KYC information.
• Using the platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Using the platform if you are subject to an active self-exclusion agreement.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets, navigate the platform, or exploit pricing or promotional structures.
• Exploiting technical errors, system malfunctions, or pricing mistakes to place bets that you reasonably know to be mispriced.
• Coordinating with other Members or third parties to engage in match-fixing, insider betting, or any form of market manipulation.
• Using haka55 for any money laundering, terrorist financing, or other financial crime purpose.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or interfere with the technical infrastructure of the haka55 platform.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing haka55 staff, agents, or other members via any communication channel.
• Charging back or disputing any legitimate transaction made on haka55 through your bank or payment provider without first contacting haka55 support to resolve the issue.

Intellectual Property

All content published on the haka55 platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, software code, game interfaces, promotional materials, and data structures — is the proprietary intellectual property of haka55 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

• Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the haka55 platform for personal, non-commercial recreational purposes only.
• No content from the haka55 platform may be copied, reproduced, distributed, publicly displayed, or adapted without prior written consent from haka55.
• Game content provided by third-party studios (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Pocket Games Soft, Spribe, and others) remains the intellectual property of those respective studios and is licensed to haka55 under separate commercial agreements.
• The haka55 brand name, domain, and associated trademarks may not be used in any form — including in social media handles, promotional content, or third-party websites — without explicit written authorisation from haka55.

Privacy & Data

haka55 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions and is incorporated herein by reference. By registering an Account, you acknowledge and consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.

• Personal data collected during registration and KYC — including your full name, date of birth, Indonesian national ID number (NIK), mobile number, email address, and bank account details — is used solely for the purposes of account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, and regulatory compliance.
• All data in transit between your device and haka55's servers is protected by 128-bit SSL encryption. Sensitive data at rest is stored in encrypted form using industry-standard protocols.
• haka55 does not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes. Data may be shared with payment processors, KYC verification partners, and regulatory bodies only to the extent necessary to provide and protect the Services.
• Members have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of their personal data by contacting haka55 support. Deletion requests may be subject to retention obligations required by applicable law.

Limitations of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, haka55 expressly excludes all warranties, representations, and conditions — whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise — regarding the Services, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

• haka55 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including losses arising from betting outcomes, system outages, or delays in transaction processing.
• haka55 does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the platform. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance where practicable; emergency maintenance may occur without notice.
• haka55 is not responsible for any loss of funds arising from a Member's failure to maintain account security, including sharing of login credentials or failure to enable 2FA.
• In the event of a Force Majeure, haka55's obligations under these Terms are suspended for the duration of the Force Majeure event. haka55 will take reasonable steps to resume normal operations as quickly as possible.
• In any event where haka55's liability cannot be fully excluded by law, haka55's maximum aggregate liability to any Member for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Member in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Termination

Either party may terminate the membership relationship at any time subject to the following conditions:

• Voluntary Closure by Member: You may request account closure at any time by contacting haka55 support. Prior to closure, all real-money Balance (excluding Bonus Funds that have not yet met Wagering Requirements) will be processed for withdrawal to your verified payment method.
• Closure by haka55: haka55 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account — with or without prior notice — where we have reasonable grounds to believe that the Member has breached any provision of these Terms, engaged in fraud or prohibited conduct, or where closure is required to comply with applicable law.
• Effect of Termination: Upon account closure, all Bonus Funds, unmet promotional credits, and loyalty points are forfeited without compensation. Real-money Balance is returned subject to satisfactory completion of any pending KYC or compliance checks.
• Survival of Terms: Clauses relating to intellectual property, limitations of liability, prohibited conduct, and governing law survive the termination of your membership and remain in full effect.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which haka55 is licensed and regulated internationally. haka55 operates as a licensed and regulated international online betting platform; the applicable governing law reflects the laws of the licensing jurisdiction and not necessarily the laws of the Republic of Indonesia.

By using haka55, you agree that any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms, the Services, or your Account shall first be submitted to haka55's internal dispute resolution process by contacting support at the email address listed in Clause 15. If the dispute cannot be resolved through internal channels within 30 days, the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the applicable licensing jurisdiction.

Nothing in this clause limits haka55's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any jurisdiction in connection with a breach of these Terms.

Amendments

haka55 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, haka55 will notify Members by:

• Publishing the updated Terms on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date prominently displayed at the top of the document.
• Sending an in-platform notification or email to your registered address where the change materially affects your rights or obligations.

Your continued use of the haka55 platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and request account closure in accordance with Clause 12.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to ensure you are aware of the current version. haka55 recommends checking this page whenever you log in if you have not visited recently.
